Please understand that if during an emergency situation you provide EM24 Alert monitors with medical information, this will be shared with responders and/or people we notify on your call list.
EM24 Alert does not require you to provide medical information or history but we can add this data to your account if you want us to share anything in particular with emergency responders should there ever be a need to dispatch them to your home.
When signing up for service, EM24 Alert customers are asked to provide a list of family and friends to be notified should there ever be an emergency in your home. Once your online account is created, you can access your family/friend list at any time to make updates as needed. Additionally, you may call our Customer Service department for us to update your information on your behalf.
All EM24 Alert service agreements are for a year of service and require subscribers to renew upon expiration. The EM24 Alert service agreement shall terminate upon the user’s death or prolonged hospitalization or institutionalization and the return of equipment by user’s representative to EM24 Alert at user’s expense by delivery service (UPS, US Postal Service) that requires a signature upon receipt of the package. It is suggested that you keep the original packing for this purpose.
